Do you love chocolate? Ok that’s a stupid question. Everyone loves chocolate! Especially Chocolate Pudding!
I started a new sugar free/ grain free diet, and quickly started to miss sweets. My diet is about life change! Not a short term weightloss effort! So I decided I’m going to eat delicious foods that are good to my body.
Here is my recipe for a protein packed, dairy free, sugar free, HEALTHY CHOCOLATE PUDDING!
1 can of 14 Oz full fat coconut milk
2 ripe bananas
4 TBS of raw cocoa powder
4 TBS of raw honey ( or agave syrup)
1 TBS of coconut oil
2 TBS of peanut butter
1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until creamy and thoroughly mixed.
2. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until the pudding sets.
3. ENJOY!
Note: this recipe can be made without peanut butter for those who wish to omit. If you aren’t afraid of a few extra calories it’s a wonderful addition, and makes for a full taste!
