Before your first session, you'll fill out the intake form online. Our first one-hour session will be spent on intake and getting to know each other. We recommend booking at least 4 sessions dedicated to working on your goal.

Somatic Coaching is for people who are looking to create healing and shift in their lives. You don't need any prior experience. This modality will meet you where you're at.

Working with Somatics can help everyone develop more skills and techniques. There is a lot of research surrounding the use of embodiment and somatics for trauma healing, and it is an effective modality.

But just like every type of therapy, not everything works for every person. Some people will experience lingering side effects from trauma. But Somatics helps you build skills and tools that help you heal and regulate.
