No. We are not medical providers and cannot make medical decisions for you. We are here to empower you, educate you, and encourage you to find your own voice so that you are able to express your desires to your care provider.

All of our doula clients get a 4-hour class to really delve into the questions they have surrounding birth. This also serves as a great way to plan your birth and discover new options you may not have been aware of.

The Full Circle package provides you with of support that you need to walk you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. This package makes the most sense for families who are wanting a continuity of care, and who will need Postnatal Doula Support during the first year after the baby is born. 200 hours is about 4 months of part-time day support, about 2 months of full-time day support, or about 2 months of part-time night support. You also have access to our special discounted postnatal support rate if you decide to extend care with us.

We will help you find all of the information you are searching for in our comprehensive class. Our classes are private, intimate, and are optimized to fit your needs.

Above all, we believe that birth is an intimate experience that will be shared with you and your partner. A doula is an invaluable support person in labor, but we can never replicate or replace what your partner does for you everyday. We believe your partner should be your main support person, and we will help guide the two of you throughout this journey.

We will attend a doctor's appointment with you. This can be a good way to create rapport between your doulas and your medical provider.

We will meet with you at our office, or on a zoom call for an additional consulting session to make sure all of your needs are met. Extra prenatal visits are especially helpful for first-time parents, VBACs, and for clients dealing with Anxiety surrounding birth.
